This will bring a brief break in the rain before an occluded low from the south moves northeast into the Ohio Valley on Tuesday. Rain is likely Tuesday afternoon before transitioning to a rain/snow mix later in the evening once temperatures drop to near freezing. The system will move out Tuesday night and high pressure will return for Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, a weak cold front is likely to move through in the morning bringing a slight chance of rain, but is possible to remain dry.
