After a slight chance of isolated showers this morning, a calm and mild weather pattern is in store for us. As the isolated showers move out of our region this morning, clouds will linger and high temperatures will creep into the mid-50s. Cloud coverage will remain somewhat high into tonight where temperatures will drop to the mid-30s. Cloud breaks will begin to occur Tuesday with temperatures reaching the low 50s during the day and dropping to the high 20s at night as a consequence of clearing skies.

The extended forecast looks pleasant with sunny and clear skies Wednesday and Thursday and highs near 60 for both days and lows near 30 on Wednesday night and near 40 Thursday night. Friday will be our next big chance for rain. At the moment there is high confidence a system will move through, but low confidence on the amount and intensity of the rain. Nevertheless, we can expect highs on Friday in the mid 60s and lows near 50 Friday night.
