Partly Cloudy, Widespread FrostIssued: 8am on Monday, November 1st 2021
Forecast Discussion
A weak and dry cold front will pass through the area later this morning, leading to cooler temperatures and partly cloudy skies for today. Clouds will be on the increase tonight as a disturbance approaches due to an upper level trough amplifying over the eastern part of the U.S. This disturbance will also bring a slight chance for rain showers into Tuesday. High pressure will then build in to the north of the area Tuesday night through Wednesday. This will bring dry weather and allow night lows to drop into the upper 20s to low 30s, and will also allow widespread frost to form. Another weak disturbance will cross through Thursday night into Friday, which could bring a slight chance for rain and even snow showers; however, it is still uncertain at this time. High pressure will build into the area again on Friday, calling for a dry end to the week and into the weekend.
