A low-pressure system just north of Athens is slowly making its way out of the region. As it passes over, a cold front will move in and past us come tonight into tomorrow, bringing cooler air for us Tuesday into Tuesday night. With it will be the possibility of rain and even a rumble of thunder tonight. The much-needed rain will persist through Wednesday as an adjacent low-pressure system moves in, giving us a break on Thursday, but the rain could return on Friday. Cloud cover is expected to persist.

High temperatures are expected to fluctuate this upcoming week, but they are expected to remain in the 70s and lower 80s. Thanks to the cloud cover in the overnight hours, low temperatures will stay relatively warm in the 60s.
