Forecast Discussion

A mild weekend is still in store for southeast Ohio with mostly sunny skies today–after morning fog clears–and highs in the low 80s. Not too hot, not too cool. The partly clear skies will continue into the night with temperatures dropping to the low 60s. Sunday will be cooler in the high 70s, as cloud coverage is expected to increase ahead of a warm front lifting from the south. As the warm front begins to pass through the area, multiple chances of showers will occur Sunday afternoon and into the night where temperatures will hove around the mid 60s.

The warm front will slowly traverse northward through the early weekdays, bringing chances of rain, and a rumble of thunder or two, Monday and Tuesday. The temperatures will also gradually rise from the low 80s into the high 80s by Wednesday when the warm front clears the area and sunny skies will fill in. Lows are also forecasted to be mild in the mid- to upper 60s each night.
