A low-pressure system that has moved off to our Northeast has brought a very cold air mass into the region. High pressure is building in behind it, so we can expect some nice sunny days to start off the weekend. Today there will be very gusty winds due to strong high pressure. During the daytime, the next couple of days, highs will reach the high 30s and low 40s, so you will for sure need a jacket! Overnight, lows will drop very low in the high teens due to the lack of cloud cover. This same pattern will stick around into next week with highs getting possibly up into the low 60s, but there is some more active weather expected later on in the week. Have a great weekend!
