As an upper-level trough continues to work its way across the region in the next 24-48 hours, the pattern of enhanced cloud cover with scattered showers and thunderstorms is expected to continue. Similar to the previous couple days, scattered storms that develop will likely be slow-moving, providing locally heavy rainfall and the threat of some flooding problems in areas which receive these storms.
