Much of the same conditions will persist this week. Hot and sunny skies will make for a miserable start to the work week and the first week of classes. This is thanks to an upper-level ridge continuing to sit over much of the eastern United States. Conditions are expected to be dry most of the week until Wednesday evening as the chance for a shower or possible thunderstorm will return. These are not expected to be severe, thankfully.
