However, the pleasant weather is expected to be short-lived as the next system approaches tonight into Monday morning, leading to an increase in cloud cover and precipitation chances beginning tonight and lasting through the day tomorrow. As a result, highs are expected to only reach into the mid 70s, with high humidity returning to the region. The rest of the week after the short-term forecast is expected to feature passing systems, and thus scattered showers and storms, as well as humid conditions and temperatures in the low-mid 80s for highs and upper 60s.
