Forecast Discussion
An approaching cold front will increase chances for showers and storms this afternoon and evening. A few lingering showers and storms will be possible into tonight and the early morning hours on Friday as the front slowly progresses to our south. This should set us up with nice weather by Friday afternoon, with a much needed cooldown provided. Highs on Friday will remain in the mid-70s, with dewpoints gradually dropping back down into the 50s as relatively cooler air filters in. A pleasant weekend will then be in store for SE Ohio as high pressure out of Canada remains the dominant system, keeping conditions dry and slightly cooler than average with highs peaking near 80 Saturday and Sunday.
