High pressure remains dominant at the surface, keeping us dry for the time being which is a nice change from the later half of last week. With an approaching system, a warm front is expected to lift through the region, bringing high temperatures back up into the high 50s and low 60s to head into the weekend. Unfortunately, we will catch a cold front from this, and chances for showers increase mostly on Saturday, but we could possibly see some showers starting in the early morning hours on Saturday.

After this frontal passage, we will see highs more like we have most of this week in the high 30s. Low will also dip into the low 20s, and Sunday night into Monday morning we will see a possible change over to snow in the early morning hours. For now, only snow flurries are expected with minimal impacts on travel, but stay up-to-date with the latest information as we get closer.
