A rigid high-pressure system will keep things nice and dry for the time being. We will enjoy sunny skies and clear nights over the next couple of days, allowing for the daytime high to reach into the low 80s by Saturday!

Unfortunately, Saturday night the chances for rain and thunder return with an approaching low-pressure system. A couple more systems will affect our region after this trough moves through, keeping rain chances and the possibility for some thunder in the forecast clear until the beginning of next week.
