The system will allow for higher temperatures on Wednesday, with highs potentially peaking above 50 degrees. But, a cold front from a clipper system to the north may bring some brief showers Wednesday night and will drop temperatures slightly, with highs in the low 40s on Thursday and Friday. Winds will be fairly light for the next few days as the system moves through the region. By mid to late Friday a new low pressure system will move near us to the north, increasing the potential for some rain showers on Friday.
