However, the cold front lacks moisture, so no major precipitation is expected. A slight chance for snow flurries is possible. The cold front will move through early Thursday morning decreasing highs slightly in the upper-30s and returning to northwesterly flow. Clouds will decrease throughout the afternoon and evening with clear skies from another high-pressure system on Thursday night. High pressure sticks around through Friday.

However, a low-pressure system over Dixie Alley on Saturday to the south will become occluded and increase snow chances over the weekend. Likely, the precipitation will mostly be snow with a chance of a mix of rain and snow as highs will only reach the mid-30s.
