Forecast Discussion
Showers and thunderstorms remain in the forecast due to a stalled front over Ohio. Already saturated grounds combined with bursts of precipitation may lead to flash flooding in some low lying areas. An approaching low pressure system from the plains will come through on Thursday with more organized and intense showers. Moderate winds and gusts can also be expected. Friday, a brief break in the precipitation will be brought on by some nearby high pressure in the wake of the low pressure system. Saturday will once again bring chances of precipitation in the form of showers with the potential for an occasional thunderstorm as a new low pressure system sweeps a warm front over the region. Temperatures will reach the upper 70’s for Saturday and into the mid 80’s by Sunday due to this warm front.
