Forecast Discussion

Mostly sunny skies today with isolated clouds throughout the day. Chance of an isolated shower or two towards the afternoon, otherwise we’ll stay mostly dry until tomorrow. High temperature today in the mid 80s. Tonight, we’ll start off as mostly clear with increasing clouds throughout the night. As we move into Thursday a cold front will move through our area bringing showers and thunderstorms by the afternoon. The Storm Prediction Center has us under a Marginal risk (level 1 out of 5) for isolated pockets of severe thunderstorms containing stronger wind gusts. Showers and thunderstorms will begin to clear out by Thursday night, leaving partly cloudy skies.

Through the rest of the week and into the weekend, high temperatures will start out in the 80s on Friday before another cold front enters our region early Saturday morning, bringing another round of showers and dropping our high temperatures back into the 70s through the weekend.
