Forecast Discussion

Clear skies continue into tonight following this lovely day. High pressure is in full swing after the trough yesterday moves eastward, and will persist for the next few days. A few clouds are possible tomorrow morning as the sun rises, but by noon, another cloudless day is in store for Southeast Ohio. Strong high pressure will continue to dominate as a ridging pattern in the upper atmosphere becomes more prevalent, keeping conditions dry and warm.

Saturday night will see no clouds with winds calm and variable. Once again, a few clouds are possible Sunday morning but will soon burn off. As the ridge grows, the temperatures climb, and Sunday could see a high in the low 90s. Expect these temperatures to stick around for a while, as the beginning of the week places most highs in the upper 80s and lower 90s. More clouds will move in Monday amidst some moisture that will be pushed into the area, but any chances for rain still remain minimal.
