A subdued but stable trough has developed, and with the passage of a widespread cold front earlier today, our region will be experiencing cooler, calmer weather, for the next few days. Tonight, a few clouds will pop in and out, and these may still appear every so often tomorrow as well. With a high near 83 degrees and higher pressure, tomorrow will be a gorgeous day. Overnight, temperatures will continue to cool off, though skies remain clear. Throughout Sunday, similar conditions to Saturday are to be expected. In addition, a nice breeze should be a great incentive to spend as much time as you can outside to soak up the sun.

Into the new week, higher pressure continues to remain dominant. Temperatures will rise to be back in the mid 80s, and rise once again by Wednesday to around 90 degrees. With the upswing in heat and the advection of some more moisture into the area, a few isolated showers can’t be ruled out, though any organized storm system seems very unlikely at the moment.
