Forecast Discussion

Our area is still seeing some scattered snow flurries heading into the overnight hours, but as this low pressure system continues to push east, we will start to see the effects of high pressure settling in. This means clearing skies into the afternoon on Saturday and overnight into Sunday, making for some warmer temperatures at the start of the work week. Overnight temperatures remain quite brisk, however, so if heading out the door, you will need to bundle up! But once snow advances east, we have a few days of uneventful weather until the chance for rain appears overnight into Tuesday. As of now, models show that overnight lows won’t dip below freezing, meaning that snow isn’t a main concern. Expect localized flooding with this storm.
