A trough settling in over the central US will bring surface highs this weekend, allowing for calm weather and few clouds. The absence of clouds will allow for cooling at the surface, which could cause frost Saturday morning, especially in valley areas. Winds will shift from the southwest, bringing in warmer temperatures for Saturday afternoon. A cold front will move in Sunday afternoon, bringing the next chance for rain.
