Tonight, cloud cover increases overnight, though these will break up by Tuesday to create a partly cloudy sky. With high pressure still ever dominant, temperatures will continue to be warm at 86 degrees and dry. Clouds will completely move out of the area by the evening, making for a beautiful, clear night. Temperatures on Wednesday will continue to warm to 89 degrees as pressure continues to increase, which will make for a sunny day with only a few clouds hanging around. Once again, chances of precipitation remain quite low as dry air still hangs in the area.

This calm weather won’t last much longer, however, as a mature midlatitude cyclone will soon shake up this pattern by Thursday. As the warm front and cold front move through the area Thursday through Friday, severe potentials still remain low, though a chance of heavy rain could potentially develop. Again, this remains too far out to state with confidence. Even after the cyclone has passed, some scattered showers could still develop in the area from an abundance of moisture. Temperatures during this time will be hot and muggy in the low 90s as the low pressure system impacts our area, though will cool following the passage of the cold front back down to the mid 80s.
