Low pressure finally exits the region, with a broad area of high pressure out of the west beginning to settle in. Cloud coverage will gradually decrease overnight, and some gusty winds are likely with lows dropping to around 50. Sunnier skies and dry conditions will return for Tuesday, with northerly flow making temperatures feel more spring-like. Cooler than average conditions are expected for a large portion of the work week and the weekend. Another developing Low will begin to progress towards our region on Wednesday, with showers and possible thunderstorms briefly returning during the evening hours.
