With a cold front extending through Ohio and passing over the Athens area, we will definitely see a drop in temperatures over the next few days. Due to this decrease in temperature, there may be some morning flurries on Tuesday, with the high temp reaching only 40 degrees. The low temp Tuesday night will be quite brutal, at a low of 21 degrees. The low temps the following days will increase a little, with the high temps remaining in the low 40’s/upper 30’s. We should see a halt in precipitation until Thursday, where there may be some steady accumulation of rain/snow throughout the day.  With a coming high pressure after that, there should be more sunshine and settling conditions for the weekend and next week.
