Forecast Discussion

High pressure will hold out until tomorrow when it starts to move off to our east due to a cold front associated with a low pressure system. During the overnight hours Tuesday, scattered showers and storms will start to filter in ahead of the front. Coverage will increase into Wednesday as showers and storms are likely throughout the day. Particularly strong storms may bring damaging wind gusts. This system will be followed by slight chances for daily diurnal showers due to some moisture pushing in from Tropical Storm Nicholas throughout the latter part of the week. We’ll then start to dry out as high pressure starts to build back in for the weekend.
