Conditions remain calm with a slight breeze, and a high near 84 can be felt as high pressure is maximized. More clouds will build in by the evening, and a partly cloudy Tuesday night continues on. Wednesday will be a bit warmer near 87 degrees as high pressure is forced further eastward, but similarly sunny and dry weather can be expected throughout the day.

Warming is expected by Thursday as we reach a high near 89 degrees amidst sunny skies, though clouds will increase on Friday as a cold front swings into the area, bringing with it a chance of rain and thunder overnight into Saturday. Thankfully, precipitation will taper off by Saturday afternoon to make for an even cooler high in the mid 70s, ushering in some sustained September chill into the area for the remainder of the weekend.
