Higher pressure remains settled in the region, though the partly cloudy skies observed this evening will become more overcast by the morning hours as a weak warm front swings in from a slow moving low pressure system further north. On Sunday, this will make for more clouds and a high in the upper 30s, until some light clearing in the evening. However, a cold front will push through on Monday, making for some flurries to linger through the morning hours, and plummeting temperatures as a cold snap is imminent.

By Tuesday, highs will be in the lower 20s, and low temperatures will be in the single digits. Particularly on Tuesday as the low leaves the region, winds could gust up to 25 mph, making wind chill a likely threat. Wednesday will be similarly cold, though some relief to this chill will arrive on Thursday as lower pressure will shake up the extensive high pressure pattern. With more clouds arriving, temperatures will return to the upper 30s.
