Forecast Discussion

Dry conditions will persist through the rest of the weekend and into Monday as high pressure to the southeast remains the dominant pressure system in our region. Slightly warmer and muggier weather will be accompanied by the southerly flow that is being ushered into SE Ohio, allowing for highs to reach the upper 80s Sunday and Monday. In addition, dewpoints will climb back into the mid-60s, making the overnight lows more mild as well. A strengthening Low in the Plains region will bring back chances for rain as early as Monday night, with greater chances for showers and storms expected for Tuesday.
