Forecast Discussion

Rain showers will be likely tonight, but overnight lows will be a little more mild with the cloudy skies. The rain will continue into the morning of Fathers Day, but more breaks are expected during the afternoon and evening hours, with highs topping off near 80. The trend of slightly cooler than average temperatures are expected to persist for much of this week, primarily during the daytime hours. These cooler temperatures are primarily driven by a series of upper-level short wave troughs that will move through, and several Lows that will develop and dump rounds of rainfall. Thunderstorms are also expected to develop which can disperse locally heavy amounts of precipitation. Stay tuned to our social media pages for any updates on the potential for flooding this upcoming work week.
