Broad upper-level ridging is in place over our region meaning the weather is going to be rather pleasant for the next couple of days. Warm temperatures will accompany mostly clear skies this weekend into Monday to start the week off. After this, a shortwave upper-level trough will come into the region. Unfortunately, associated with this trough is a surface low that will bring a cold front through on Monday night into Tuesday. This will bring colder and drier air into the region as the low-pressure system moves off to our North. Thankfully, we seem to definitely have a warming trend the last couple of weeks, so Spring is coming!
