Forecast Discussion

High pressure will be pushed out of our area tonight as clouds build in ahead of a low pressure system moving towards us from the west. This system’s warm front will move into our area tomorrow, pushing in from the south. Scattered showers will persist throughout the day with locally heavy amounts possible. Activity should calm down come Sunday night before the cold front moves through Monday, bringing another round of rain showers with possible storms. Some storms may be severe, with the primary threats being high wind damage. Rain will fizzle out into Tuesday and we clear up slightly before another system approaches near the end of next week.
