An approaching low pressure system will bring another round of rain showers entering Athens around noon, with periods of rain continuing through Sunday night. We will see drier conditions return for Monday with the trough remaining over the region, keeping highs in the mid-50s. By Tuesday, the upper trough will be replaced by a ridge and provide a wave of warm air advection, with showers returning by Wednesday.
