Forecast Discussion

Southeast Ohio will be squeezed between and along a stationary boundary for the remainder of Sunday and into Monday. Isolated showers and storms seen on radar as of 00z will begin to dissipate as the sun begins to set tonight. Monday, there will be a slight chance for a pop-shower/storm in the afternoon and evening as another warm front is hesitant to push through. The remnants of Barry inch closer to the region and will ramp up the humidity as well as the increasing chances for showers/storms beginning on Tuesday. Flooding threats may be introduced mid-week as conditions will be favorable for numerous downpours and accumulations up to 1.5″ by late Wednesday. Clouds may linger for Thursday, but this overall drier weather will better into the weekend. A bit of a warm up along these drier conditions as high temperatures could climb into the lower 90s through Sunday.
