Forecast Discussion

Rain showers and even a thunderstorm are possible for tonight and into Monday morning as conditions presume favorable ahead of an approaching cold front. As the cold front from the north approaches by early afternoon, more chances for showers and thunderstorms will occur ahead and along the boundary. The high temperature will near 80 and be drastically affected by this system and increased cloud cover. The passing of the frontal boundary by late afternoon will open up to cooler and drier air to be filtered into the region. Some clouds will linger for the early morning hours of Tuesday before clearing out for the remainder of the day as well as into the rest of the week. Expect dry, less humid and sunny conditions through Saturday with highs increasingly climb into the upper 80s.
