Forecast Discussion
High pressure over our region is keeping us fairly dry to start our week. Warm and moist air will begin to funnel in Monday and Tuesday providing ample conditions for heat indices to climb as our daytime highs will already be in the 90s. If you plan to be outside during this time, make sure to stay hydrated and stay in the shade as much as possible to avoid any heat related illness. As far as precipitation, we should be in the clear for much of week other than Wednesday when remnants of Hurricane Beryl will creep in providing the chance for showers and a few scattered thunderstorms.
