Forecast Discussion
Another line of strong storms is anticipated to move in overnight tonight. The general timing looks to be from 3 am through 6 am, with the potential for some isolated cells after midnight. Main threats once again include damaging winds/wind gusts and the potential for hail. An isolated tornado cannot be ruled out, but the threat is once again low. Since this second round will be taking place after midnight and before dawn, it is incredibly important to have multiple ways to receive warnings that will be able to wake you up. Furthermore, flash flooding will be possible with this round of storms, so take that into consideration as well.
Dry conditions are expected for the rest of the week, but nighttime showers are possible Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning. After a cold front passes Tuesday night afternoon, temperatures will remain cool, with highs in the low to mid-70s for the rest of the week.
