Forecast Discussion

Cold yet clear conditions are in store for the next couple of days starting with partly cloudy skies tonight with a low around 15. Tomorrow will be mostly sunny, but despite the sun, winds between 10 and 15 mph will keep temperatures in the low 20s. Friday night will be the coldest night we’ve seen in a while as clear skies will allow daytime heat to radiate away, leaving low temperatures to be in the single digits around 9. After Friday night, a warming trend will commence starting with sunny, yet breezy conditions Saturday with a high near 40. The extended forecast has the high temperatures slowly crawling up from the high 40s starting Sunday and into the high 50s by Tuesday. Partly cloudy and mostly sunny skies can be expected during this time frame with moderately strong southerly winds. Expect some higher wind gusts upwards into the 20-30 mph range, especially on Sunday.
