Forecast Discussion

Tonight, High pressure will continue to build over our area and temperatures will fall into the low 10’s as we head into tomorrow morning due to the remaining snowpack. Dry conditions along with below freezing temperatures are expected to remain thought the rest of the week and weekend with daily highs in the upper 20’s and low’s reaching single digits. These lower temperatures bring the risk of wet spots refreezing with ice melting agents becoming less effective. These conditions will continue until Sunday night where we could expect light snow showers in the afternoon, but snow accumulation will most likely be less than one inch.
