Forecast Discussion

An approaching cold front from the northwest will create increasing cloud cover into tonight. Diminishing showers along the front look to enter Southeast Ohio during the early morning hours, providing the chance for rain as the front passes the area Friday morning.  Once the front passes, rain chances will diminish through the afternoon, shifting winds to out of the north west.  The change in winds will bring slightly lower moisture values and temperatures for Saturday and Sunday. By Monday, an upper level trough brings increasing cloud cover, and the return of showers and thunderstorms for Tuesday and Wednesday.
