Forecast Discussion

A low pressure system will bring rain to our area beginning late tonight. Rain should persist throughout tomorrow afternoon, with a few snowflakes possible as it moves out of the area. Winds pick up tomorrow as the system passes, gusting up to 25 mph at times. After the system moves out of the region even colder temperatures and plenty of clouds return for the remainder of the weekend. Lows for the next few days drop into the 20s, and some accumulating snow cannot be ruled out on Sunday. Winter is not quite over just yet!
