Active weather is returning to our area after a stretch of calmer conditions from earlier this week. Two distinct features of low pressure will be delivering rain during Friday, likely beginning around Friday morning and lingering into the afternoon. A few showers are still possible into the evening, and conditions will continue to remain overcast. These low pressures will be slow moving and continue to influence the patterns of weather through the weekend. Due to the lack of a defined cold front, temperatures will not significantly drop following the advancement of rain.

Saturday will be cloudy and dreary, with a chance of scattered showers remaining. Temperatures are expected to increase, stretching into the low 60s by Sunday, which is quite anomalous for this time of year. Additionally, winds will remain a little more breezy throughout the weekend as well. Some scattered showers are still likely, though more cold air will be moving in following the passage of a cold front by the start of the new week. Conditions will remain overcast, but temperatures will be dipping back to a more seasonable mid 40s, with spotty showers still possible, especially on Tuesday.
