Forecast Discussion

Isolated showers will continue through the evening hours, mainly along and north of I-70, as a cold front remains stalled to the north. A few of these showers could actually produce a little bit of mixed precipitation, with small hail/graupel possible. Clouds will continue to stick around through the day tomorrow before breaking up into tomorrow night as high pressure begins to build back in. A mix of sun and clouds, cool and calm conditions dominate on Saturday with this high pressure, but this will be short-lived as the next rainmaker arrives on Sunday. Once this system passes through Sunday night, high pressure and warming conditions will characterize the early part of next week.
