Expect lots of precipitation this week, with a short burst of heavy snow tonight, followed by freezing rain, and heavy rain all throughout Wednesday. Thursday and Friday will clear up due to an area of high pressure moving directly towards Athens, but the rain will continue shortly after it passes with more rain over the weekend. However, winds will bring in warm southerly air Saturday night, with the temperature reaching the high 50’s. Overall, this week will be a roller-coaster of different weather conditions, so be prepared for anything.
