Tomorrow, we will have a short break in precipitation as we await the continuation of the active pattern that has ensued this week. However, the winds will once again start to pick up, with gusts up to 25 mph expected. Friday showers will return, and temperatures will peak in the 50s with the passage of a warm front. Winds will increase further at 20-25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

Temperatures will begin to drop Sunday and through the weekend as another cold air mass is brought into the region. Sunday and Monday highs are not expected to surpass freezing. Monday night’s low is anticipated to drop into the single digits. A slight chance of snow is expected each day during this period with the greatest chance on Monday.
