Forecast Discussion
Tonight will be cold with a steady breeze as some possible bands of snow could leave up to 0.25″ of snow by morning. A low located off of the east coast will drive this remaining snow as a small amount moves through Thursday and a larger blob of snow arrives Friday. Also Friday paying attention further west a very large storm begins to develop over New Mexico and intensify as it moves east. By Sunday it is expected to become a major snowstorm to our south that could bring our first significant snow totals of the year. This system will be accompanied by a very cold polar airmass from Canada. It is also worth keeping in note that a storm following this has the potential to bring down an even colder Arctic airmass.
