Forecast Discussion
Clear and much drier conditions overnight will allow for strong radiational cooling to occur. In response, the low temperature will greatly dip down into the lower-mid 50s with fog development likely occurring in the predawn hours of Thursday. After a cooler and calm night, pleasant conditions are in store for Thursday as sunny skies disperse any mid-morning fog and introduce lower dewpoints with a high near 80. Drier and mild-warm weather will pursue through Friday and the first part of the weekend as somewhat high pressure and northerly flow proceeds. A weak cold front approaching from the northwest Saturday afternoon will be moisture-deficient and likely result in an increase in cloud cover for the remainder of Saturday. Temperatures will continue to remain fairly seasonable as highs linger around the upper 70s and 80 degree mark.
