The National Weather Service in Charleston, WV has issued a Flood Warning in effect until 4:36AM February 15.

A low pressure system around Lake Michigan will bring chances of precipitation tonight and tomorrow morning. After the system moves through, conditions will stabilize with cloudy skies becoming clear through Saturday and temperatures in the mid 40’s.  There will be a slight chance of snow flurries on Sunday with little to no accumulation.
