Today, expect dense fog in the early morning hours due to how rapidly we’re seeing temperatures cool off in the nighttime. This fog is expected to mix out of the area by 10:00, and we’ll then see a wonderful, clear day in store for us. This pattern is expected to keep up along with the surface high pressure system that’s fueling the excessive heating going on across the US, but leaving us in a nice spot for the weekend. Through Monday, we’re not expecting much more than the occasional cloud.

Monday night, precipitation could be possible, though as of now, it would seem we are still clear of any potential threats of excessive rainfall or flooding, and it’s still possible we can be spared entirely from any sort of precipitation. Then, we’re expected to see another nice week of calm and undisturbed weather which should last us all the way through the week. A nice break from the rainy, severe weather we have seen as of late.
