As we start to head into the middle of the week, it looks like cloudy/mostly cloudy conditions will stick around the rest of the week. We will see light chances for showers and some thunderstorms today and more of a risk for thunderstorms tomorrow as some will be severe. The National Weather Service Hazardous Weather Outlook states that damaging winds are the main threat, however, a few tornadoes cannot be ruled out. Make sure you have multiple ways to receive weather warnings and alerts! There will also be a concern for localized flooding due to heavy rainfall.

After the cold front passes that will bring this severe weather potential for our area, high pressure will build in behind it which should mean a nice weekend! Conditions will change to be mostly sunny with temperatures in the low to mid-60s.
