NWS Charleston, WV has issued Flash Flood Watch which remain in effect until 8:00pm EDT Today

Final band of rainfall in association with remnants of Ida should clear out area by late morning hours with things starting to dry out by afternoon hours. In response to rainfall from Ida, NWS issued a Flash Flood Watch until 8pm tonight, but looking at current trends, threat of flash flood is now mostly over for our area. Winds are expected to pick up a bit later today with skies clearing out a somewhat by late afternoon and evening hours. Cool and dry conditions will dominate our area tonight with lowering humidity as our temperatures will fall into low-mid 50’s. Weather conditions are mainly expected to remain dry through rest of this week with very pleasant conditions in store for us. Only exception will be from late Saturday into early Sunday when some showers will be possible. Temperatures will be in upper 70’s to low 80’s for highs with low to mid 50’s for lows.
