Forecast Discussion

Dry weather with a decrease in cloud cover can be expected overnight with the low dipping into the mid 50s. Further overnight and into the early predawn hours of Monday, calm and foggy conditions will develop, especially for the river valleys locations. Any lasting fog should disperse throughout the remainder of the morning as skies clear and daytime heating quickly proceeds. A considerable warming trend is in store as highs will begin to climb into the mid 80s for Monday and eventually near 90 for Tuesday and midweek. In addition to this heat, this southerly flow will introduce more low-level moisture for Wednesday through Friday. The chances for showers and thunderstorms will increase during this period as the environment will remain unstable.
